“After learning postnatal doula support was a thing (!) and following some reflection and discussion with my partner I decided to book Cara’s postnatal care package. I am so glad I did - Cara has a calming & positive aura that is perfect for a frazzled, newly postpartum mum and just having her there to help me out with my new baby, listen to me moan, or help out with the chores we were neglecting around the house was really invaluable. She helped me set up my breast pump, wore my baby so I could catch up on some much needed sleep and recommended local groups I could go to for feeding support. She is always on time and clearly loves what she does - my baby really enjoyed the cuddles and play time! We were quite sad to say goodbye when she left after our final session.
