“After our first conversation on the phone, I knew that Cara would be the perfect post-natal doula to support me as I navigated the new path of motherhood. Cara is so kind, empathic and warm.  She was incredibly supportive to me and also wonderful with my little boy. Cara helped me in so many ways. After an unplanned C birth and challenging labour, I really needed some time to process it and talk it through. Cara provided me with a safe space to do this. We also had a number of feeding challenges early on and Cara was such a brilliant and empathic support. She also shared some very useful resources for me to read / research further. In addition to these areas of support, Cara also attended a few personal medical appointments with me as well as a lactation consultant appointment. I highly recommend Cara’s post natal services.”
