S.S’S POSTNATAL TESTIMONIAL

“The support that Cara provided me was amazing, it far exceeded my expectations and helped us more than we could have ever imagined. From the day I met her, I knew I could hand her my newborn daughter and be confident that she was going to take care of her like her own child. Cara supported me emotionally and kept me company at home, which was exactly what I needed after my husband went back to work. Cara is very sweet and knowledgeable about how to care for a newborn, and I felt very confident and comfortable leaving my daughter in her care.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • As a Postnatal Doula Isupport clients in London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.

  • When you want to go ahead, I’ll send you a Letter of Agreement detailing the service you are booking with the terms. You’ll read through and sign, then I’ll sign it. I then kindly ask for the deposit to complete the booking and secure the time in my calendar.

  • After you’ve looked into the Doula’s background and experience, simply meet them. Does this person feel like a good fit for your family?

  • At such a life affirming time, you experiencing this as a couple, whilst being present for one another, your baby and to the experience means so much. My intention is to hold a couple, a family, connected to each other in the centre, with me providing a cushioning layer on the outside. My support fills in gaps, is an extra pair of hands, is guided by you & understands you as people. My clients’ report feeling that they were both supported, that there was someone else to rely on when they needed it.

  • After discussing your needs, I can provide a personalised quote.

  • I’m open and friendly. I’m straight forward, I’ll do what I say I will, arrive when I say I will etc… I’ll be responsive to your needs within my scope of working and availability.

M.K’S POSTNATAL TESTIMONIAL

“Cara fit seamlessly into our family, supporting us by being my extra pair of hands, able to take over either household chores or the baby (or both!) When she was with us, I was able to eat a home cooked meal without any crying in the background, shower, and feel taken care of. And my husband felt better about leaving us to go to work on those days. In some ways, it was more relaxing and helpful to have Cara than family, because she just knew what to do!
