Support sessions tend to be 10-14 hours in length and between 7pm-9am. Additional or ad-hoc hours will be invoiced weekly.

When you want to go ahead, I’ll send you a Letter of Agreement detailing the service you are booking with the terms. You’ll read through and sign, then I’ll sign it. I then kindly ask for the deposit to complete the booking and secure the time in my calendar.

After you’ve looked into the Night Nanny’s experience, simply meet them. Does this person feel like a good fit for your family?

When I arrive I’ll have a quick chat with you around how your baby has been and changes to be aware of. You can then relax and sleep!
I’ll respond to your baby’s needs, following your ethos, through the night. You might still be involved in feeding if you are breastfeeding.
I stay in a room with the baby and sleep when the baby sleeps.
In the morning we’ll meet and I’ll update you on how your baby has been including feeding, settling and nappy changes. I normally message details from to you too.
